Patrick Dekker, the founder of Navistra brings extensive experience in the superyacht industry, combining operational and technical management skills with a client-first consultancy approach. With a background as a project manager at a high-end shipyard and refit manager overseeing complex refit projects, he also has seagoing experience as a deck crew and engineer in cruise and commercial shipping sectors.
